I just finished Atomic Habits today (binged it since I had cancelled plans). I love this part. Rather than looking at the outcomes I want, look at who I want to be. I had a major identity crisis after my divorce and this is something I have been working on. I am redefining myself as who I want to be (not who I was told I was or any other kind of crap). Every day, I'm finding that I like who I am more and more! Thanks for the inspiration!
