I love this idea. I do it to some extent in my journals, but I haven't found a system that works for me for everything. I LOVE the highlight/notes feature on my Kindle for this, but you are right, sometimes I just need a specific note. I also like the idea of knowing when I was reading a specific book. Again, I love this idea!
